5 stars isn't enough for the results Marissa got me. 100 stars wouldn't even cover it! She should definitely be your first choice, whether buying or selling. She helped me sell my first home for 20k over listing price. It was on the market for less than a week and had 6 offers and an immense amount of views online. She does an excellent job of marketing the property, is professional yet personable and very motivated. All new info was delivered very promptly and clearly and explained everything, not just what would benefit her or her organization. Couldn't be happier!!!
